Hello to the community,
i have a T140 2007, it has the SJC with 2530 hours on it. im running in some issues with it. i started to have some trouble with my ACS where, i could be working with it and it would throw the ACS light on and the lift/tilt control would stop working (i could still be driving though) so i've been shutting it down, starting back up and it would work again.
the control panel was out of comission (where the gas gauge and hours are) so i replaced it. then somehow my problem disappeared ! no more lights or codes.
Parked it for a month and took it out this week, the arm worked for 2 minutes and then stopped !
ACS light on YAYYYY ! impossible to move the arm and the front window was on, sooooo, i had to use the manual lever to bring the arm down. i tried to shut it multiple times but still the same problem !
one thing i noticed different is that as soon as i turn the key to the "on" position, one of the actuator makes a noise like its calibrating for a quick second and then the noise stops.
My codes are 32-49 and 32-65. i've red that the wire #1500 should have around 5V +/_ 0.25V but when i unplug it fron the ACS control box and check, i have a 7.5V....i've been reading the threads from left to right without any success to my problem. i like fixing everything myself and understand the problem rather then bringing it to the shop. Im in france, (im an american that moved oversea) shop rates are ok compare to the us, but still, i'd like to figure that one out and if someone would be willing to help, maybe it will serve for futur members !
