I bought this NH l 454 skid steer and having an issue with the idle, The steer will rev to red line limits unprovoked. I've cleaned the fuel filter , changed the gas in the tank, and cleaned and lubricated all the moving parts on the exterior of the carb. it still continues to rev high for no apparent reason. Can someone help?
