Wasn't sure where to post these but here are two pics of the Newfoundland storm that captures the plight quite well.. Holy Lord tunderin' jeesus. Hope the tractor guys stocked up on a few hundred gallons of diesel.

I was watching some raw video of the snow removal. Interesting, that they have these concrete bridge like structures that jut out into some deep area from a cliff, where the trucks back up and dump their snow. Pretty scary!
The federal government in Ottawa is allowing Newfoundland to dump snow from this storm into the ocean. This was outlawed years ago due to pollutants picked up in the snow....but they have nowhere else to put it.
