newbie here

hi i'm new to the forum from east texas and need some help, ive just bought a 256 nh rake from via craigs list, i have to change the bearings on the tine bar and then change out 1 tine bar, my question is there an easy way to do this or am i missing something, these bearings have been in since the unit was new so its been heck to get 1 off, i managed to change 2 but ruined 1 bearing by tapping it in, alos i loosened the spindle and 2 bars beside it and still cant get it to go back on ( likes about 1/2 in or so to line up,) anyone got any suggestions to help out? you can reach me at bulldogdave55@aol.com
