I picked this Struck MT3000 up this weekend (at least I'm pretty sure it's an MT3000, it's got the 18HP B&S). My neighbor was moving and had to get it off the property. It was in a very difficult-to-get-to location, about 25' down an embankment, next to a lake. I work for a construction company and fortunately I have access to equipment. After a failed attempt to get to it from along the shore last weekend (got a Bobcat 3300 mired in the mud), we pulled a CAT 950 loader out and dragged it up the embankment. It's been sitting for 10 or 15 years but I'm pretty sure it's got very few hours. I went through the motor yesterday and it turns freely with no water in the oil.
