Not my video, but I found What is a Top and Tilt Kit (TnT)? - YouTube. Was looking for one a TBN member made. The QH in the video has a fixed top hook, which is probably a repainted JD iMatch. Its inferior to the Harbir Freight & other cheap clones that have an adjustable toplink.

You can probably imagine the handles, possibly the top corners of the QH hitting the tires in extreme angles. It's possible depending on your setup & geometry, but not commonly a problem.
