New Tractor Shed

Wife told me a year ago to get tractor out of her garage spot.
Here is 75% complete project... 12' x 19' shed with 60a subpanel for power. 4 overhead lights inside and 6- 20a outlets.

I dug footings, set forms,poured& finished myself (with a friend) ...that's me on the chute.

I had friend frame and roof it... I've since hung doors and electrical work is going on inside as well as the 70 foot electrical feeder out to the panel.
Then just painting and pouring a ramp in will wrap it up.

My wife has warned me as well to get the tractor out of
her garage.

I'd build or by one, but I don't
want my taxes to go up.

I contacted tax assesor (San Bernardino County, California) before I built it and he wrote me an email saying that my taxes won't be effected... so I'm covered there.
