New Tractor; Fluid issue?

So this morning I gave the new Dk40 a workout. Cut a few acres and box bladed driveway. Total of 3 +hours. Got off tractor to adjust the blade angle (TNT is on the way) and saw some hydro fluid aronld the dipstick and PTO hood. Tractor worked fine. No sign of loose fittings.

Maybe just a bit overfilled at dealership?

Again I see no leaks and everything functions just fine.

Any need for concern?

What does the trans dipstick read on level ground with engine off?

Fair question. Never checked after I noticed the fluid this morning. Just checked: engine cold. Trans level is full. right at the upper mark on stick.
