New to me Kioti DK65c

Good afternoon, jumping on here to help with troubleshooting some bugs on my new to me DK65c. Hydraulics are slow on the FEL, thermostat is not working on the gauge so I do not know engine temp when running.

Do you know when it last had the hydraulic fluid changed along with the filter(s)?

Could be something as simple as a wire off or broken, could be the sending unit went bad, or could be the gauge itself is bad ...

Just changed fluid and filters and did not notice any change. Does anyone know what the operating pressure should be?

Any troubleshooting tips for the Tstat gauge. How do you test the gauge cluster?
