New to me 2013 B3200HST

Hello all,

Just picked up this 2013 B3200HST and trailer from a private seller. Tractor only had 110 hrs on it. It was just the size I was looking for to do some landscaping work around our new home and also maintaining some gravel roads on other property that I have. Currently I own a 753 Bobcat and trying to maintain the gravel roads takes alot of time with only the bucket. I am planning on purchasing either a box blade or a land Pride grading scraper. I also have a set of clamp on forks that came with the tractor along with a #300lb 3-point hitch weight. I am also looking at converting the FEB to a quick attach so I can use some of my Bobcats attachments. Would welcome any suggestions or comments you may have on attachments for the tractor. Great looking purchase! Consider filling the rear tires- 300 lbs is handy, but not a lot of rear weight... and SSQA is a wonderful thing to have! You'll be glad you did. Telescoping stabilizer links are also available and useful mods- I think this tractor comes with turnbuckles?

I forgot to mention that the rear tires are filled. Thanks for the suggestions.

Because the L3200 needs spacers to mount chains, I grooved the front and rear tires. Much info in this thread. Easy to do, work fine on the driveway though not so much in deep snow in the woods.

Make sure to check front axel fluid. Mine was low on my L and I bought brand new.

Heck, I like the house, like the truck, and like the tractor but I can't comment about the Bobcat accessories.

Ditto on the front axle fill- I've changed mine, carefully filled to the hole, and checked again later to find it needed more. I guess the oil flows slowly into the nooks and grannies.

The B3200 has/had an option for SSQA.

If the B3200 had a factory option for heaven's sake go that route. Otherwise a good welding shop/machine shop could probably put a skid-steer adapter kit from almost any brand machine onto your loader frame. Not cheap but opens a wide range of goodies !

[/ATTACH]Kubota does have an aftermarket SSQA kit- and anyone with a wire welder and some cutting, grinding and welding skills can install it. Mine was installed by the previous owner, an electrical contractor, and it looks factory- well, it is. A can of Kubota spray paint would also be needed. Sorry I don't have a better photo. Not sure about the weight, but the convenience is HEAVY!

Hey! That is the right stuff. Some of the smaller machines (e.g. the stout but small, lawn tractors like BX2300, etc.) Are just not big enough to get into this and don't have the hydraulic pump capacity nor connections for serious operations. Larger ones -- maybe 30 hp and above -- like the 3200 should be good candidates.
