New Scag Cheetah ????????

Went to look at a new cheetah today, I have got to find a way to get my grass cut faster and I am sure that this will do it. I am using the Massey with a 60" deck and the Scag will have a 61". That one inch ought to make a big difference. :laughing: What is your experience with a scag? The other question I have is Have any of you used the clam shell bagger. Does the fan chop up leaves well or ????? Quoted a price of just under $10.000, plus $3000 for the bagger how is that? Thanks Ed

I demoed the cheetah last month. I really liked it until i drove the turf tiger. I bought the turf tiger and cant be happier. The ride didnt improve enough to justify the negatives, the out the door price was $700 less for the turf tiger and it holds hills better than the cheetah. My only gripe is it burns a lot of fuel with the 34hp briggs.

Thanks cyamaha, They have a sale on now and there is less than $300 diff. between the two and the cheetah has the Kow. engine. To me that makes a difference.

To me Scag is the best zero turn you can buy. I would go with the Kawasaki motor though
