New Member usual questions

I'm a home owner with about 5 acres I've had about 25 years. I've had tractor experience mostly with old Fords (601 & 801) which I have sold. Now comes a new day and we are gonna build a house so I'll need to change the place again.
My Significant Other and I like the HST compact tractors and generally I think they will serve the purposes for which we will need them. She's a real John Deere fan and recently got an X300 for the yard work and is thrilled with it's ease of operation and results.

I think we will need something in the ton and a half weight class and probably 30 hp +/-. Faced with building a house, we're searching for something used but not used -up. Then there's tools of the trade to think of ...

Ive got a line on a JD 3203 with a loader <100 hrs. If it's as good as I'm told what should be a fair price?

I have a similar situation and did research for a couple of years while I saved up. I would up with a Kioti after looking at JD, NH, Kubota, Massey.

The real difference for me was a heavier tractor with more lift for less money. The dealer reputation is VERY important too so make sure you check around.
