New LS Sub-Compact

I wasn't sure what you were talking about with the 3 point issue. Now I understand that on the backhoe version, you have to remove the rear wheel to install th3 3 point lift arms, plus a few other kitchy issues. The video below shows that a little better. The corporate response has shown a tin ear.

On a different note, my observations about LS from this forum are:

1. LS owners love them
2. Their website is not up to date, accurate or good.
3. Some excellent dealers are way better about understanding and promoting the product (videos) than corporate marketing.
4. Their response to the TLB 3 point issue has been arrogant
5 If they were smart, TBN is a goldmine about how they could improve the customer experience/improve product/increase sales. They do not seem to be that smart.
6. LS owners do appear to be smart :)

I did some more refinements to my hitch system. I did a total of four videos on the hitch.

The New Holland Workmaster 25S is listed on their website. They don't have a brochure on their website to download yet. Looks very similar, though they have added some lift capacity to the 3-point. Pin on bucket, no ssqa listed.

Those look just like the LS MT125-122s in every way right down to each bolt. LS makes most of NH's smaller tractors, so it stands to reason, they just re-branded the LS MT125. I have very good service out of mine. Tony's Tractor Adventure.

I don't have a tractor yet, but it's going to be the MT125. I just watched a video by Tractor Time with Tim (as well as all of Tony's videos over the past week) and Tim mentioned a "position control on the three point hitch" and that not all tractors have that control. Here is the video, and he talks about it at 11:51 Mowing a Jungle - Brush Hog 21; Prerequisite: Dad 11 (or equivalent) - YouTube .

Does the LS have this control? It probably won't matter for me, but I plan on buying just once and it's good to know.

Thanks for your comment!

Philip’s LS did not have position control. Do you have a decent understanding of what we mean by position control? If not, you could discuss with a Deere dealer, as the 1023e does NOT have it, but the 1025R does have it. They could show you the side by side...or perhaps I should put together a video on this topic?

If you do understand position control, I’m sorry. No intent to be condescending. Just trying to help.

Thanks for the reply. I did some research and I now understand what this control does. You said it in the video but I wasn't sure I understood properly having never used a tractor. Another thing I like about the Deere and Kubota is where the loader control is located, it just seems right.

It was the video where you visited Philip that I learned about LS Tractors. There are no LS dealers in my area but when I saw his blue tractor I wondered about it and discovered LS. Thanks for that:)

Yes, thanks for that. The LS is very misleading about this. My very local dealer has one on sale and I was going to look at it, but I really want position control (as my B2620 doesn't have it, if I had known what it was, more importantly, how important for certain tasks, I might have got the B2630 that has it, but it was bigger and I didn't, and still don't a decade later, want or need bigger).

The LS site says the 3 point hitch has position control, but the pictures of the lever and reading the operator's manual indicate, this is not the position control you seek.
