Warranty not transferable says LS

I don't think a company can fail to cover a warrant because of something being transferred. The warranty, as others have stated, goes with the product. I would stay away from that company and agree that selling the tractor is a good idea. Your best loss is your first.

If you don't mind investing a few $$$, get in touch with a lawyer that is familiar with federal laws for warranties. Just because a company writes something down does NOT mean it's legal.

I believe Scag has original owner warranty only. I copied this from their website
