First of all, I find L3830 HST to be a fantastic tractor. I did not ballast my rear tires. I almost always have my box blade on when using the loader. For most tractors it's a must to have a heavy implement on the 3 pt hitch when using the loader with heavy material like dirt. While your tractor may be able to handle the load without coming of the ground with no implement, a slight downward slope, quick stop even the rolling forward of the bucket loaded can have adverse consequences. The box blade works well with the loader for a variety of reasons. It can rip the soil, move it quickly into a pile, level and grade. All things that I frequently use in conjunction with the loader. A box that works well with this tractor will be a 72" with a weight of at least 700lbs. On occasion, I use my finish mower to counter the loader, but only because it is on and my needs for loader work are light.

I can't see it, either. I get that infamous red x. I think your file size may be too large. They have to be under 100 kb.
