We have a new Jd 4520 that the loader is flexing left to right when you push into dirt enough to notice the loader arms aren't straight once you back up and raise the bucket it seems to go back straight I think there's air in the one side of the loader arm's any thoughts.

First I would double check the loader frame to make sure one side is not loose or disconnected. Next I would make sure the quick connect hydraulic line connections are fully seated by disconnecting (make sure there is no load on them by lowereing the bucket and releiveing all pressure) and reconnecting them.

Have you tried cycling the loader boom cylinders the full stroke to get the air out under no load? When I replaced a bucket cylinder hose, it took a lot of cycles to get the air out. Seemed like a dozen or more before it was working evenly with the other one.
