new grapple installation problem

no, I never did get the QC's attached very nicely. I bound both hoses in a plastic spiral tube for protecting hydralic hoses and the used industrial plastic tie straps to hold that tube to the tractor at various stages.

I like what you did and will try to copy it on my tractor. Do you have any more pictures you can post showing the grapple or whatever you have attcahed to to those QC hoses?

The Long Q/C plate is nothing more than a piece of 3/16" steel with holes in it. The fittings clamp onto the plate during assembly. The plate is welded on mine, but it could be attached to a pair of 1/4"x20 threaded holes in the big tube and work about as well. My plate needed to be angled slightly forward of 90 degrees to the tube so that the hoses would go under the bucket when the bucket was curled fully back.

If you're going to do your own this is the plate as it arrived. Not too impressive. I'd make it about 4"x6".

I wasn't able to use the hoses supplied as they were too short. I guess several people have found the same situation. It means that the price for the quick release option included a piece of steel and two quick disconnects.
