New dump trailer!

My old one:

Bought this one used in 2013 for $1300, sold
It last week for $1850.

My requirements were 3 way gate, tarp kit, big enough for my MF GC1710. The Bri Mar should for the bill.

I just ordered a dump trailer, also...different brand, though. Let's see the new rig, with a tractor in it.

I have "bigger trailer envy". I got my smaller dump and love it - got a deal like yours well worth the money. Anyway, I now have a Dodge/Cummins that will tow the heck out of anything and I'm tired of making two trips to my town place to do work, one to take the trailer down and another to bring the tractor. I REALLY want a dump trailer that can also fit my tractor, loader and hoe - like you have. Pix when she comes.

It was between this one and a Sure Trac about 2 hours away, and $800 more. I liked the sure trac, but not that much.

One of my daughters and her husband were putting in a bunch of pavers and needed to remove topsoil and sod.. they have an old military trailer that they were using, filling it by shovel, unloading by shovel. They needed a place to get rid of the material and ended up calling a friend to ask his advice, he said, bring it here, I can use some clean fill. When he saw them unloading with shovels, he asked if they wanted to use his 14k dump trailer. They have a 3/4 ton Burb so they borrowed the trailer and the dump trailer was considerable lower than the military, so they made a ramp to wheel the wheelbarrow up and loaded much faster and dumped very nice. That was when they lived in Maryland, they are here in the west now, I wish they brought that dump trailer with them. I have some uses for it..

Looks well built. I bought the same size MaxxD back in December but its still sitting in the shed due to wet fields. Bought mine in Harrisburg.

I have had that trailer for about 10 years. I like the trailer but the paint job from the factory stinks. If you want your trailer to look nice keep it under shelter.

That was a bit disappointing, but for this particular application I’ll take function over form. I’ll rattle can as needed.

In the near future I’ll be doing a 30’x40’ pole barn so it’ll have a home eventually.

That’s a good looking trailer. I’ve had 2 ton of stone and 12 yards of mulch in mine so far, pulls nice.

Best Line is pretty good but if you are ever in Chambersburg stop by the Bri-Mar facility. They have a first-class operation and build some great stuff. There is also a competitor just across town that builds great trailers too (CAM Superline). Both like it when you pick up a trailer right from the factory!
