New about a month ago

Hi to everyone boy wish i had known about all the intresting information to be had on here 2 years ago.Having alot of fun every evening reading the the days posts that catch my eye. I do have a question though can some one give me a step by step on how to add a picture to a post? Please dont be afraid to be through as i can be kinda dense. Lots of good stuff well thanks for letting me look i really enjoy it.Jeff
