neutral start switch

would someone know where the neutral start switch is located on an x728 2012?

also, is this wiring harness just supposed to be hanging out unsupported like this?

the wiring harness is normal, supplies power to the PTO solenoid.

I'm not sure there is a neutral start switch, just need the brake depressed for start, and PTO off.
are you having trouble starting the tractor?

no, the tractor starts as it is supposed to. just fiddling with some stuff.
