Need John deere 4610 help

I was stationed overseas for 4 years, meanwhile a handy man hired to maintain my property back in the states, blew the engine in my JD 4610. When I returned home I found it completely disassembled and I'm trying to put it all back together. There are a few points I'm stuck on, as I can't find any tech data on the routing or placement of a couple things. I wish I could find a 4610 near by to look at. I'm in lincoln California. I will post a few pics of the areas in question and maybe sometime out there can offer some knowledge, thank you

Same engine as you were working on a few years back? Was it up and running in the meantime?

Or maybe this problem now is a different model, being now a 4610 that the engine blew??

Yes! same engine, I just realized the fuel tank must be installed prior to installing the brake pedal shaft assy.....ugggg

When I got a shop manual for my 5105 I was dismayed to find out that the engine was covered in a different manual. That one is super generic to the point of not being all that useful. The shop manual isn't all that great either. Which is a surprise as the owner's manual is pretty good.

Got her running, but has an intermittent stall issue, sometimes a very slight hiccup, other times a stall, I can hear the fuel solenoid click when this occurs
