We get roots in our basement French drain. There must be a break in there, but so far I've just been roto-rootering it when it backs up. Next step is to get a plumber's endoscope or inspection camera. Anything I should know? Length needs to be 75 feet.
thanks,

The rental store should be able to help you out. I think I saw these cameras at the Borg tool rental.

My local rental yard rents a drain camera for $260 day plus a $500 deposit. The question I have is whether any of the inspection cameras on Amazon would work? There are a few 50' versions that are fairly inexpensive. When you hit 100', seems like the price jumps right to around $500.
