Which electronic selector are you planning?
If you think that you want a particular function to remain on instead of auto returning to the default position, simply install a maintained switch instead of the momentary switch that you have.I have one that you have to hold a button down to divert to the second output, I don’t like it because you have to hold it down instead of toggling a switch. I was hoping you were going to tell me about an awesome one I can switch to.
The idea of having the momentary switches is so that everytime you go to use that function, you always know where you are starting from. With a maintained switch, it's always a guess unless you have other ways of identifying what diverter is on.
It's not like you have to hold the switch on for minutes, typically only seconds.
But then I suppose it depends on what exactly you are using the divertered funtion for.
