Need advice on new purchase

In the market for a new garden tractor rider but would like to purchase a tractor that will last years and not have to replace it 5 years from now can anyone give me their thoughs before i commit. I will be mowing approx. 4 acres

Not any information to go on such as other uses for the machine, is it hilly or wet, snowblowing, pushing?

Just for longevity I would look at the Deere x500 and x700 series and Kubota BX series for starters. I am very pleased with the Deere x749, it can handle slopes well and lots of attachments too.
