Buying Advice Need a mower

I currently have a 54 TO 30 that I use on our small hobby farm. I am currently using it with a finish mower to mow 3.5 acres. I would really like something with a belly mower. This machine would be almost exclusively a mower. Zero turns are out because I have a few spots that stay wet and I would stay stuck. I've only got about $4000 to spend. I was looking at a Massey 1010 but read some less than favorable things on here about that particular tractor. So, how about a Cub Lo Boy, or any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I grew up with a regular Cub. There's not much power in them. It'll do the job, just don't plan to do anything else that afternoon.

As for other suggestions, there's a super A in Athens. I don't know how far that is from you.

I have a B7100 used for this exact purpose. I wish it had power steering, but it works pretty good besides that. My ZTR mows way faster, but this thing goes places my ZTR won't think of going. I'm sure I could put more aggressive tires on the ZTR, but I mow yards for hire, so that's out. I used to have a Case 235 which was probably a better overall better tractor, but lacked 4wd and power steering. Another complaint is the Case had a left hand discharge deck which was nearly impossible to get blades for.
