Need 5/16" rubber plug

I'm looking for a simple rubber 'mushroom' style plug to cover the fill hole on my floor jack. I can find them on-line but they are selling for $8-11 EACH! I've checked eBay, Amazon and many Google searches. Is there any local type of store that you know of that sells these by the each for something more reasonable (a buck or two)?
