Looks like you're ready! Is that a Sears SST framework?

To the best of my knowledge it's either '71 or '72 Suburban from Sears.

Just had to try it out /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif scraped up 4 buckets with ease, but must do a little more on the release/ latch. Need to add spring to keep from over pulling , as it will not latch back when over pulled with out dismounting.

Looks good!

I wish you lived closer...I have a sister to your machine with a blown engine...would make a great parts machine for you and the price would be right...free! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Here's a pic with partical bucket, as when full I couldn't lift it. Guess it's time to add the hydraulics.

Tnanks for the offer, but I could buy one local cheaper than the fuel to get there. My old Dodge with it's wind drag only gets 17 mpg anymore. Oh Yea that's the wife.

If you noticed the mail box is faceing the wrong way, it's because the wind blows it around as it's on a bearing so both the wife and postal person can open it.

You know, I looked at that first picture and I thought the tractor was twenty feet tall. It looked huge. Then later on the trailer and especially with a driver, it looks quite small. Perspective, I guess.

Interesting work on the bucket. You seem to have many clever and useful projects.

That was the idea in putting tires on there.
Picked up Hydraulic pump, filter housing, lovejoy coupler and three lever spool valve for $16.32 from salvage yard. Now I got to work some more.
