Very nice work Rob! I like how there's a place for everything. After looking at the front boxes and the shape, I have an idea for you. With some black plastic water pipe and a little canvas, you can have the best 'covered wagon' chainsaw cart around.

Great cart its a very cool idea having different job specific tops should save time and make things easier. I have a couple of questions, how much does the unit weigh when loaded and is it stable in off canter situations. My 4-wheeler weighs about 600# and I fear having the cart leading the horse. Thanks Mark

Hi Mark,
I estimate the wagon fully loaded like you see weighs in at just over 120lbs.
It pulls by hand very easily and no sweat behind the ATV at all. I have not loaded it full with firewood or rocks yet, but I don't think it would ever reach the max weight capacity! It is very stable with the wheel base being about 36" wide. I have not had it on any steep sideways slopes though ... but my driveway and trails have 15% slopes or more. No trouble on those at all.

I used those Harbor Freight tires which were on sale for $9.99 and I already had 2 for some reason?
I have the same ones on my Special Firewood Cart. They leak down so I filled them with tire sealant goop.

Very nice work, Rob. I especially like the machine work on the trailer
tongue and steering mechanism.

What is it with those Chinese pneumatic tires, anyway? I have a bunch
of those like yours, and they ALL leak down. I just bought a 32 OZ
bottle of Slime sealant....I hope that works, cuz they ALL need it.

Same with the cheapo inner tubes, BTW. I have a bunch that cost as
little as $3-4 each, but they leak, too!

I get those cheapo tires because they are cheap.
That slime worked on the others I have (so far), so not a bad investment after all...
BTW, all my Chinese rubber stuff is very poorly made. My tractor rubber boots and seals all needed to be replaced. I had to put slime into that dump trailer tires as well.
