Thanks homesteader13
I have 4 spool valves for my 3-point hitch (and 3 more for all implements + 2 for the loader)
1 for the hydraulic top link
1 for the hydraulic leveling bar
and 2 for 2 hydraulic stabilizer bars
If all your implements have lower pins in the same distance and you use pin and hole stabilizer bars,
then you need only two valves, one for the hydraulic top link and another for the hydraulic leveling bar.
How to reach the levers? For small and medium tractors it is OK.
For bigger tractors we can use rope for the top link by open back window
With this blue rope we can guide the top link to top pin and both close and open its latch.
The pulling spring in the picture makes it easy to guide the top link.

I made my own lever system for opening and locking the top link latch because
the rope was hanging there and opening sometimes.
Long green lever opens both lift arm latches at the same time.
For biggest tractors it is possible to guide the top link as you write
with electric or hydraulic actuators and use solenoid for the latch of top link.
