Maybe I just haven't found it yet, but on lots of other forums there is a link like the "since my last visit" link that will let you view threads you have posted in. I know you can use the search feature but if there is a link somewhere that I'm missing please point it out as it is easier/quicker that way.

I know about those two. I was hoping for a "show my posts" button hiding somewhere.

Makes it easier to find the convos that your involved in to see if anything new has been added. The "since my last visit" works but if its been more than an hour your going to have at least 20 - 30 new posts to sort through to find yours.

Like at this forum. You have three options above the forum table

"View unread posts"
"View your posts"
"View unanswered posts"

With the volume of posts on TBN the your posts and unanswered posts links would be great in answering peoples questions and repeated contribution to threads. Just helps to cut out the sorting time.

I just do a search for lbrown59 to find mine or
look it up under lbrown59 profile then click on find
all post or all threads by lbrown59.

Unfortunately, other than searching your own name, there is no such animal.

That's a bit funny since I just clicked on "My Home" it brought me here and to another thread that I posted in...

You betch'a... If you post in a thread, you are subscribed... I just clicked on "my Home" to find your reply :D. When I don't have time to look at all threads since I last logged on, I will alway click on the "my home" link to see the ones I've replied or subscribed too.

So he would have to go back and subscribe to every thread he replied to to get this feature ?

Sounds simple enough. And beings he only has 20+ posts shouldn't take him long at all.

Agreed....it wouldn't take me long. How about you though? with over 600 posts, do you enjoy having to subscribe to keep track of things?

I ment this more of a "it's possible with php, maybe it would be a nice addition in the future" type of thing.

I don't think he has too, I'm petty sure it's automatic, so if you replied (or subscribed) to any thread, if a new post pops up (that you have not read), the thread will show up under "My Home". The only thing is, IF you un-subscribe from a thread... it treats you as if you never saw the post. At least, that is how it's working for me .

1. Click on a username when viewing a post, which will load a menu with several choices:

View Public Profile
Send a private message to J0be269
Send email to J0be269
Find More Posts by J0be269
Add J0be269 to Your Buddy List

Clicking on the find more posts link will show you all of the users' posts, newest-to-oldest.

2. When posting a message, below the message text area, there is a section for "Additional Options" where you can subscribe to a thread.

You can set your default subscription preferences at "My Home" and under the "Edit Options" menu link on the left (easier: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions)

On that page you can set your default subscription preference. Just remember that if you subscribe to all threads you post in, before long you'll have a lot of threads in there (and if e-mail notification is turned on, potentially a lot of e-mails).

Thanks, that helps out some. I didn't know the find more post by button was there. You can bookmark that link for yourself to accomplish basically what I was talking about. Thank you everyone for the suggestions. :D
