There is a mulch kit for the BX 60 inch MMM. I do not have a stock number but I have seen one installed--it is fairly pricey and probably not needed. The 7500---do not know, maybe someone else does. J

The 3 blades on my 60" mmm do a great job on the leaves in my yard, in fact, the last 2 times I mowed the yard it was more to clean up the leave than to cut the grass. The blades create a leaf mulch, i.e., there's not much left that's identifiable as a leaf.
Typically, I mow clockwise which means I am recutting the grass and leaves from the previous pass. For those areas that I can not mow clockwise, I make sure the discharge chute blows towards a hedgerow.

If you keep your blades in good shape mowing over leaves with just the 60' MMM chops 'em enough where you don't even need to mulch. I'm always amazed at the quality of the cut provided, and even the occasional 1/2" thick stick gets pulverized with no problem.
