I was looking at the Stihl catalog and found that they carry a full chisle 3/8" lp .050 chain that goes on the MS201. Anyone here running this combo? I'm looking at this as a real 3"-6" limb bucking saw. I have tons of tops that I have to cut up into 14" length for the fireplace. Right now I run a MS180 to do this work, but it is a little slow, but non tiring since the saw is so light weight. I use the MS 291 with a .325 and RSC chain for the bigger limbs and sometimes on the smaller stuff since it cuts so quick. All small limbs are cut using some type of bucking saw horse, (about bought all of the different one's, the Dock Box is favorite right now!) so kickback is not really a issue. Like to know if this sounds like a winning combo, I feel it is and the MS 201 is a nice balanced lightweight saw with a 14" bar on it. Like to hear others opinion also on handling tops to compare to mine.
