What do people charge to brush mow. Have a person I know wants to pay going rate to mow a few acres of land with trees. Not sure how to charge. Hour total job probably a few hours of work with the tc 40 have to hual it 15 miles on the trailer.

I predict that there will be a lot of variation in the answers you receive to "What do people charge to brush mow." There is considerable variation due to differences in costs, customers, and competition.

Note that you will be assigning a value to your time. Also, it seems that the "going rate" sometimes covers operating costs and only a portion of ownership costs.

You might want to check with your equipment insurance carrier. Your policy may limit coverage to use on your own property.
