i have a john deere la140 tractor for about four year the tractor starts n run good when i pull the pto for the blades to start cutting the tractor shuts off the battery, oil, blades, filters all replaced for regular maintenance

Sounds like a safety switch is not working, or something is not "safely in the right mode" to allow the mower blades to engage. May take some detective work to check it all out.

I'd start with the seat switch.

i checkd seat switch its ok is there anything else i can check for n thanks for the info

Then I'd try to trace down the wires and switch that has to do with the reverse implement option (RIO).

I assume your mower has that shutdown switch when you backup?

I would check the seat switch again and clean the connections well. I went through this last week with an L130 about 5 years old.
