Moving a shed

Haven't posted here in awhile. I decided to not move the shed. The biggest obstacle is removing the lean to on the back, just don't have time to tackle that right now.
The original goal was to build a pad to the right, move the shed over, to create access to park the camper behind the barn. I've decided to just build a pad for the camper to the right of the shed and leave well enough alone.
before building the pad, I decided to bury some conduits between house and barn to someday run electric to the barn. I'm about 2/3 of the way there with two 2" conduits, and 1 conduit to the shed from the barn.

You could totally move the shed if you throw some 6x6 skids under it, like you said. It’ll make it easier to lift and move, especially if you take off the lean-to first. A tractor or winch could make it way easier too.

If you wanna go pro, you could hit up a moving company like ThreeMovers. They do big stuff like sheds and say having a solid base and good support is key, which fits your skid plan. Maybe get a quote from them to see if it’s worth doing yourself or getting some help.
