More info on 5420

Looking for a cab tractor , but don't want to spend the money for the new 25 series. Could someone point me to some specs on a 5420 mfwd cab model along with the loader specs? I am comparing a used 5420 (assuming I could find one) to new TYM built Mahindra 7010. Can get the Mahindra new for $36000 with loader and pallet forks and bale spear.

If I found one used without loader is it possible to have a loader added now or has production ceased? What price range am I in for a nicer used unit? 1 - 4 years old 250 - 1000 hours.

No, only a bale spear and pallet forks. Plus the bucket to move the usual dirt and other stuff. I currently own a Mahindra 6000 and the loader on it does all I need. However a grapple would be nice for brush and such.

Looking on JD's Machinefinder , prices range from mid $20k's to mid $30's.

I see one in Rocky Mount Va for $33500, no showing of hours though. The others configured as I want are high 30s. That's more expensive than any of the new TYM made T700 variables. Wonder how much wiggle room there is on used tractors and financing rates. 4.9 on new 7010 for 60 months.
