Modern Implements MR3 Landscape Rake

I have a chance to buy a used rake and the following is the information on it.

Modern Implements Div of York Modern Corp, Unadilla, NY MR3 Landscape Rake

I have heard of York before but not this division. It appears to have been build in Unadilla NY.

Does anyone know how good these rakes are? I looked on the website and the new ones are called MR37 so I am not sure when the MR3's were manufactured.

Modern implement makes the York brand rake and done so for years. I grew up five miles from Unadilla and remember driving past the York plant as a kid in the 60's. My earliest recognition of York rakes are towed versions used by the town highway departments on the dirt roads.
