The MT we had (in the 1960's) cost $250. At the same time, the same dealer had two 8N Fords, one for $750, the other for $850. Dad bought the MT, went to the local blacksmith & had a cart made to run the front wheels into & tow the MT behind the pickup. He had another farm 10 miles from home on dirt road & needed to be able to get in to check stock. The MT was basically a "saddle horse"! ~~ grnspot
