Buying Advice Missing rh fender grip

Looking at a new l3200 and it is missing the rh handle on fender, Found a part on forum of t1060-29450, but dealer says that there is a new and old style fender based on serial # split. Has anyone used this part # on a tractor with serial # 80000 or up? Thanks
