Military Surplus Dozer

I have a friend that heard about US Military Surplus Equipment. He saw an ad about a 1997 DX 195L Fiat Haitachi Dozer. It struck him because he has operated the same kind of Dozer and is interested in it but can't remember where he saw the add.

Anyone know where a person can get info on Military Surplus Equipment?
