If you are sure that fuel is mixing with the oil, pls take it to the dealer...NOW. Pls don't be one of these guys that keeps on running the maching till something drastic happens and then blame the machine...it may be something simple, so if you want to keep a good tractor, call the dealer now...BobG in VA

i am out of warrenty, and as soon as i noticed the mixture, the tractor was taken to my fatherinlaws diesel machine shop, and we are in the process of diag, the only good thing is most of our cust are fimiliare with tractors. but this issue is stumping all of us.

Something came to me while I was reading your last post...just a thought...you may have a cracked compression or oil ring on one of your pistons....It wouldn't interfer a lot with running capability but raw diesel could get by to your crankcase if you aren't getting full ignition due to lowered compression ratio....BobG in VA

We had a cat motor in a semi do that and it was a bad injector. I am no mechanic but it sounds the same as our problem.

We have Detroit Diesels at work that do that from time to time, and just like the Cat motor in the previous post, it was attributed to the injectors. The crank case would get fuel in it, and it would dilute the oil to the point where the oil pressure dropped and shut the engine down.

That's worth looking into
