With what?
A hypertherm 85 hook to a 5' x 10' table.
Cut app 30,000" all total for the week.
My bill at the PO for the week was $450+.

I would love a small (4'x4') CNC table! Hoping to acquire one before I retire from my day job in case I want to make a little coin in my hobby shop to support the addiction.

A little help understanding that and we'd all be a little wiser.

PO = Post Office
I have 10+ online shops and ship world wide.
Orders placed by noon Wed are mailed on Fri of that week.
I will make/sell 5000+ items this year and my total bill at the PO will be over $25,000.
It looks like I will cut over 750,000" with the plasma cutter this year, which will be down from the 1 mil+" each of the last two years. I had a large wholesale order then, for over 1100 metal gun racks.

That was my first thought, but who has a $450 weekly stamp bill. I'm glad I asked! Sounds like quite a hobby  you have there.

It’s becoming harder to tell if this is an advertisement or if the OP posted and doesn’t remember he is the OP.......

I've wanted a plasma table for quite some time now. Don't currently have anywhere to put one, nor the cash to buy one yet. If you don't mind, post some pictures of your setup, I'd love to see the table in action. What kind of table? Software? etc...

One day I'll get one, be nice to make enough extra cash to fund other hobbies as well as this one. For now I just cut everything by hand.

This is my 2ed table. I have been cnc plasma cutting for 11 years.
I will not name names on it as that will be dealer bashing big time.
I have had this one for 18 months and in the first 3 months it junked $20,000+ of items.
The company that supplied the software will not talk to me.
When I open the programs up, they will work different from the last time.
Then when it is cutting, the DTHC will change the way it is working, some times from cut to cut.
And that is just the start of what I have to deal with, due to the software flaws.
The table it self is well built, but has 2-3 weak points in the drive design.
Just last week, I had to saw off a letter from a $750 sign, cut a new letter on the table, then weld it on the sign.
I do have a over head crane to load the sheets with and a down draft fan at app 4500 cfm.
5000 sf shop and plan on adding 3000 sf more next year.

OP- you are getting all the same type of comments and questions because of your lack of transparency. A forum is, by design, an idea sharing environment. It’s not a social media site. It’s as if you posted thinking it’s social media- check out this cool thing I made.
To say you won’t share your $20,000 lesson goes against the foundation of TBN. We are all here to share lessons and knowledge with each other!! Example: This tractor does this better, these tires work good etc. I’ve made some side money with this etc.
To put it another way- say I ask how to change my oil and you respond I know how, what oil to use, what oil to avoid, what tools to use and what tools to avoid AND if you don’t do it right you will grenade a $20,000 engine.......but I’m not going to tell you that.

Sure reads like a little free advertising and sidestepping the system

A welding forum. check
A welding sign. check
A flower pot for my wife. un check
I guess that where I went wrong.
On the cool side, that sign is run of the mill and on the low side of the 400+ items I have made so far this month.
Want me to tell you how to change your oil. First, I need to know about 10 different things or you may blow your engine.
And my shop rate is $100 per hour. I get that or more for consulting at other shops with their cnc plasma cutter problems.
And a Ad.
NO description.
NO price.
NO shipping cost.
NO link to a listing or site/shop.
On the plus side, I beat the rain today and got the hay in the barn.
A few people can dance with their tools, but most people just use their tools.

Petty jealousy hiding behind a fa軋de of noble concern for revenue for the site is still petty jealousy.
