Here is a BBQ meatloaf recipe for you guys to try if interested...

Car Doc,

I MUST tell you that I was just asking my wife how could I smoke one of her excellent meatloaf recipes...

My ONLY question for you is do you just set it on the grill, or do you but it on some sort of cookie sheet, or ?????

You must not turn it, you must just let it go until done and peel it off the grating?

Just curious sir!

Hey David,

Good timing! :) Yes just sits on grill with foil on the shelf below, the meat will be cool enough after sitting an hour in frig (least thats how I do this recipe) that you can handle it w/o breaking it up. Gets the smoke everywhere also which is the best part! And no dont flip them and I wait till the last 15 minutes to top but do what ever you like and see.

So you could either stick yours in the freezer awhile if its convenient or an hour in frig is enough. Let us know how it turns out maybe share one of her recipes if you can get one away! ;)

I went to the barnyard smoke house restaurant last night for some of their blueberry beer and steak cooked in the smoker.wow good flavour..cant wait to get mine going:thumbsup:
