I have a 1723 tlb that the bucket when tipped forward a few degrees is set on the ground rolls back collapsing the tilt cylinders. If I cycle it fully back and dump then it works fine for a while. Makes it tough to set the bucket for making a cut. The factory sent out a tech. To the dealer after they could not fix it. They told me that the loader control valve and one of the tilt cylinders needed replacement, the other cylinder was fine. After getting it back it still does it and now the factory is claiming they checked other 1723’s and they do it so it is normal operation. Any advice is appreciated.

That's not normal. How much time is it taking to roll back? Sounds like you have a leaking control valve. You can try rearranging the fittings so left and right lift and lower the loader arms and forward and back tilt the bucket. See if it acts the same. See if your lift arms drop in this configuration.
