How do i change the seals in the cylinders?

Here are some parts book pictures of the lift and bucket cylinders.
The lift cylinder has a locking wire on the gland nut that rolls out as the gland is loosened. Once the wire is pulled out, the gland can be pulled out.
The bucket cylinder uses a set screw on the gland to hold it in place. The screw is covered by a nylon plug. Once the set screw is backed out, the gland can be unscrewed.
