Mahindra logo change?

I noticed the other day that Mahandra USA's parent company (M&M Ltd) has recently changed their logo. Either that, or it's alway been that way and I haven't noticed.

While this is a pretty slick logo for the shiny new SUV's and compacts they're selling over there, I'm not sure I'd like it on a tractor.

Ahh, branding....

i'm still waiting to find some mahindra t-shirts, maybe with the new "deere john" ad? can MUSA give us any info about that as well? i think i have only seen 1 person with a mahindra ball cap as well. maybe its not a priority (as far as mahindra is concerned), for us proud owners to advertise for them with there own line of clothing. if others around the country have access to mahindra clothing that i don't know about, please let me know! thanks!

This style logo came out years ago when International Harvester changed the trcuk division to Navistar.... They called that design, "the endless road".. I see Mahindra's is almost a spitting image of Navistar only turned a little.

I was told a year ago they were working on t shirts and such, but I've never seen them. My dealer has some for his employees, but not for sale. I geuss until they get on the stick my kids will continue to advertise for John Deere for free!

The funny thing is that I found this when I was asking a coworker who is spending a few weeks in India, get something for me if he found something. Now, I'm not sure what he's going to find (I showed him both logos)

BTW, my dealer gave me a new M hat when I purchased my tractor...also had the dealership's name embroidered right below the M.

A few years ago, long before I thought about buying a Mahindra, I got a black Mahindra ball cap at a Ducks Unlimited banquet as a "door prize". That cap is long gone, but now that I am a proud Mahindra owner, I sure wish I had it back!!! Maybe they will have some logo stuff at some point again.

Well, I think I know what this means.

Oldsmobile, Monaco Coach and Mahindra are now manufactured in either India, Korea or Japan...

I may be wrong on this one. But mahindra also makes 4x4 suv's & pickups and I believe thats their logo for that line of vehicles.

You're absolutely right, and the logo is well suited there. Very stylish. Reminds me of Lexus.

We are putting the finishing touches on our company stiore where you will be able to purchase Mahindra merchadise. I'll post when the store is up.
