M9540 Heater Problems

I recently purchased Kubota M9540 with a cab. I am having trouble with the heat in the cab blowing cold air. I have checked the damper door under the seat that diverts the air from hot to cold and it seems to be working correctly. Any suggestions on what else it could be.

I dont think there is a water shutoff on the Kubota Grand Cab model.
My tractor is a M7040 and recently I had dealer tech come to my place to do a service.
He changed the antifreeze and then had a hard time getting all the air out of the heater system so he would get heat.
Are your heater hoses hot?
The tech was running the tractor at high revs to get enough circulation to move the air out and would add coolant to the overflow tank and let the tractor cool down which caused fluid to be drawn from the overflow tank into the system.

I didn't see a shutoff valve and the coolant level is fine. I will check to see if the heater hoses are getting hot.

A coworker had a similar problem with his 9540, he had to have the control panel in the cab headliner replaced. Said it was $$

Thanks for everyone's help. After I traced the lines back from water pump I found a cut off valve and works like a champ now.
