I checked the lube in my 4WD(1510D) after running it for a while and it overflowed when I checked it. I was surprised to seeing it coming out. Is this because it was warm? I had checked it before when it was cold and didn't have a problem then. Thanks /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

There should be a vent on the FWD differential or axle. Often bees or mud-dobbers find it to be an excellent place to call home. You should be able to poke it clear with a piece of wire and allow the axle to vent any pressure build up from temperatures generated by rotating gears and weather.

Hope that helps.

If you find the vent, let me know. I've looked for one on my YM186D and can't find it.
