I checked the lube in my 4WD(1510D) after running it for a while and it overflowed when I checked it. I was surprised to seeing it coming out. Is this because it was warm? I had checked it before when it was cold and didn't have a problem then. Thanks /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

There should be a vent on the FWD differential or axle. Often bees or mud-dobbers find it to be an excellent place to call home. You should be able to poke it clear with a piece of wire and allow the axle to vent any pressure build up from temperatures generated by rotating gears and weather.
