I have a set of the Pirelli Scorpions ATR on my F350, and would second the opinion on looking at these.
Nothing in the 265/75 - 16 load range E are inexpensive, but these were reasonable enough.
Pirelli Scorpion ATR
The tire rack has a few reviews, but I was able to get them locally cheaper.
They ride nice (a relative term with an F350) and have great traction in snow.
